Shankara Experience is both our Retreat Center in the Jungle of Costa Rica as well as our offerings online & around the world. Us, that is Patricia & Gabriel Grimaldi. The experiences we offer range from Transformational Yoga Retreats, Silent Retreats, Teacher Trainings, Yoga Workshops & Classes, to Kirtan, Cacao Ceremonies & Coaching. Shankara, another name for Shiva, means destroyer of doubts. With our offerings we want our students to experience removal of doubt, the power of transformation & the freedom that comes from living in truth.

Not only life changing but life saving. This retreat created a safe space for me and my family members when we felt we had no place to go over the holidays. Steven, Cacao Ceremony Training
I did Shakara's song circle facilitator and cacao facilitator trainings. I was originally only going for one but decided to stay for another because of how great it is there. Patricia and Gabriel are so grounded, sweet, and generous with their presence and wisdom.
